While we apply proven strategies and industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to accounts, brand assets, and accurate business information required for campaign execution. Delays in client-provided materials may affect project timelines without liability to NRG Marketing, LLC.

Intellectual Property

These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property from NRG Marketing, LLC to you. All rights, title, and interest in our proprietary methodologies, tools, website content, and pre-existing materials remain solely with NRG Marketing, LLC and its licensors. Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights to deliverables as outlined in their Service Agreement.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our website or services at any time, with or without cause or notice, effective immediately. Clients may terminate engagements according to the cancellation terms specified in their Service Agreement.

Our services are provided "AS IS." NRG Marketing, LLC and its suppliers and licensors disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
